This may be a surprise, but the forum now has chat rooms! There is a public chat room and then private ones you can start between yourself and others (up to five people in a private chat). I'm leaving this thread open as well, so you guys can let me know about any issues with the new system. But here's a list of stuff to know:
Public chat room: - There is a general chat room for all to use. Guests have a limit of how much they can post in 24 hours. Guests are also identified by IP so you can't get around that. - More topics can be added, feel free to discuss what on this thread! Private chat room: - I cannot see what you guys say, even though I am in admin. I won't try to monitor stuff but if someone reports you rule breaking in a private chat, I will deal with it as normal! - Max 5 people in a private group chat room - You must log in to your profile to see your private chats! The link to your specific private page is on your profile page! Here is a screen shot of what the profile page looks like now when you log in: (click to enlarge)
